TUBIFLEX is the Italian manufacturer that has been designing and producing flexible hoses and expansion joints for more than 70 years. The company was born in Turin in 1951 with the idea of creating a very high performance product that is at the same time versatile in use. With this philosophy and strategy, Tubiflex has been among the European top in the field of engineering and production of metal hoses, PTFE hoses and expansion joints for years. When we talk about sustainability at Tubiflex, we will be talking about many small daily steps to protect the environment and promote renewable energy. A saving of 8,300 tons of CO2 emissions is in line with that statement..

FLEXIBLE HOSES

The flexible stainless steel hoses have been developed to maximize the individual characteristics related to the transport of liquids, such as resistance to high or low temperatures, resistance to the aggression of specific media and the ability to withstand vibrations and fatigue cycles. In addition to the production of hoses on rolls, Tubiflex is a leader in the field of assembly and has various welding forms and techniques in-house. All this supplemented with its own laboratory and various test facilities.


PTFE TEFLON SLANGEN

These hoses are among the latest developments within Tubiflex. The result: a PTFE hose that can withstand higher temperatures than the competitors. COMPENSATOREN

Tubiflex does not focus on the volume / serial versions with the expansion joints production, but rather on those applications where the maximum of a compensator can be expected. Metal compounds with single- or multi-walled bellows obtained from strip or sheet. The walls are sprained lengthwise in automatic TIG with arc control. The connection welding between bellows and flanges/sockets and the welding of the external structures are carried out with automatic TIG, MIG, MAG processes with controlled parameters to ensure the repeatability of the product.
