Discover the electrically heated hoses from TEAT. With this collaboration, IVG-Libilé can keep your metal hoses at a constant temperature specified by you. Your medium therefore remains in the right consistency throughout the transport through the hose.
TEMPERATURE CONTROL
TEAT designs and manufactures electrically heated hoses for transporting liquids and gas, keeping the temperature constant. Operating temperatures range from 30 to 250°C, special version up to 350°C. Working pressure range from 0 to 265 bar, special versions up to 345 bar. Different nominal diameters of internal hoses can realize any delivery. The wide range of screw connections and electrical connectors meets every technical and productive demand.

This device enables repairs/ assembly of concrete pump hoses up to a pressure of 80 bar on site! This saves you time and transport costs. The device has been specially developed for the concrete pump world with the aim of reusing used concrete pump hoses. This makes IVG-Libilé the first in the Netherlands to enable repair/assembly on location.
